Payments may be made in person by cash, check, Zelle, credit card, or touch free QR code. Please note a +/-3% discount applies if paid via cash, check, or Zelle.
When to Settle
To keep the focus on your recovery, please settle costs at your visit or during the online booking to maintain a smooth therapy flow.
Claim Support
We operate as an out-of-network provider but will happily issue a professional superbill for you to seek reimbursement from your insurer.
Policies & Procedures
Cancellation Policies
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally. To remain fair to all clients, we require 24-hour advance notice for cancellations. This allows others on our waitlist the chance to schedule. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a charge for the full amount of your appointment, payable before your next visit. No-shows will also be charged the full session rate. For missed appointments booked with a gift certificate, the certificate will be considered redeemed and void.
Attendance Guidelines
Please plan to arrive on time out of consideration for your therapist and other clients. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment. Your therapist will determine if there is sufficient time remaining to begin treatment.Regardless of the actual treatment duration, you will be responsible for the full session fee. Arriving promptly ensures you receive the complete benefit of your allotted healing time in our sanctuary.
Device Protocol
Cell Phones and other Electronic Devices are to be turned OFF during session time please. We look forward to serving you!
